Mohammad Gamal Selected As One of 50 Africa's Business Heroes

Writer, Publisher and Entrepreneur "Mohammad Gamal" founder of Kotobna, the first self publishing platform in Egypt and Arab world has been selected among African's Top 50 Business Heroes by ABH africabusinessheroes.org for the year 2022.
Africa's Business Heroes (ABH) is the Jack Ma Foundation's flagship philanthropic program in Africa to support entrepreneurs. They describe their mission as: "Our mission is to showcase and grow local talent who are creating positive impact in their communities and beyond, and inspire a movement of African entrepreneurship". Over a ten-year period, the program will recognize 100 African entrepreneurs and provide grant funding, training programs, and broader support for the broad African entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Gamal is the winner of MIT Pan Arab Award in 2015, and Winner of SeedStars Competition in 2015 too.
ABH selection of Gamal as part of his efforts to establish a unique Self-Publishing platform which helps Arab talented authors, writers and artists to publish, promote and monetize their content, in Digital, Printed and Audio formats. Over the last 7 years since Kotobna has been launched, the platform helped publishing 1850 E-Books, 1550 Printed Books, and produced 50 Audio Books.
